I have no idea what to make of FFXIV VR. That sounds so hard, especially the Titan fight they showed a clip of. As a small person in that MMO, thereā€™d be no way to see over the rocks he drops into the arena during that fight. I wouldnā€™t be able to stand on one either, Iā€™d have to be around it so I could see outside it.

Itā€™s about information density. An open world will feel pointless unless there are plenty of things to do in it. Games like Deus Ex require carefully sculpted levels.
