E3 2015 mega thread

There’s a flaw in your your reasoning: How would Atlus know Square was going to announce an FF7 remake?

#107

Murmurings of a remake were already in the hearts and minds of people for several months before E3. Sure, they would get disappointed every time Square would deny them a remake, but of course it’s not just an FF7 remake that have people reinvigorated with a fresh interest in JRPGs. FFXV and KH3 have done that too. Keeping all of this in mind, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to think that Persona 5 could attain some mind share of western gamers.

From May 12:

#109

No news from the PC conference?

#110

Gears of War Remake and Killer Instinct announced. No Man’s Sky confirmed again.

About it.

#111

American Truck Simulator. Woo!!

#112

Cuphead looks really really cool. Brilliant design

Reminds me of Betty Boop animation

#113

So there was no news from Nvidia at E3 huh? I was really hoping for some new GPU news…

At least AMD has some shit going on with their new Fury line.

#114

Cuphead is basically a bossrush game i think. I like the designs but that turns me off.

#115

I’m so stoked for Cuphead.

Alex Navarro talked to the developer and they said it’s a serious of long (~10 minutes) boss battles. Also, all the sound effects are mouthed. And the guns they use are fingerguns, which you can see in that gif.

That game is going to be amazing.

#116

From what I’ve seen and heard the game does not control terribly well at the moment, which is particularly frustrating for a game which has you dodging a lot of carnage.

#117

Looks like you can only shoot horizontally. It would be a lot better if your left stick controlled your body, right stick fired in 360 degrees, and then you could jump with the triggers or something.

AND SO BEGINS

THE GOLDEN ERA OF VR WAIFUS

Don’t worry, the voice acting will kill it dead in its tracks. All hope is not lost.
