I marinated some chicken today and served it up with some brown rice and pan roasted asparagus. Made a tasty and easy dinner, my favorite kind.

I made a cake this morning, together with the youngest kid, for mother’s day.

Picked up a sous vide cooker a few weeks ago, had to get a replacement for the first one since it died, but got the new one all setup with a proper container and cover.

Made ribeye steaks with asparagus with it tonight. Asparagus in a sous vide is the best thing ever. Steaks are great too, but then again I can cook a good steak on just about anything.
